FAQ's

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have, but we are a small team. Please allow up to 48 hours for your email to be responded to by our customer service team. Any emails that are sent after business hours or on the weekends will still require an up to 48 hours response time. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP? 

Shipping and handling typically takes 2-3 business days, unless it is an expedited package or international delivery, in which case shipping duration will vary. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of your items delivery date. All returns must be submitted by emailing hello@oliviasshowroom.com and putting their order number in the subject line. 

REFUNDS: 

If a refund was requested as your return method, please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been processed. 

ORDER CHANGES: 

We are extremely grateful for your order/ Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as if cannot be modified. No changes can be made after the order has been placed. Double and triple check those orders. 

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is the buyers responsibility to check that shipping address is correct. If it is not correct please email us right away so that we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships we are not responsible. 

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Please make sure you want your items before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items. We try to keep our shipping team amazing so lets not mess them up :) 

PHOTOGRAPHY:

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
